I once lived in the fast lane. After going straight into senior management from university, I spent years feeling constantly stressed and ignoring my own needs, until my body and mind finally demanded I pay attention.
That turning point changed everything. I realised that most of us are walking around with a constant level of physical tension and mental chatter that we have mistaken for normal. It is a state that leads to overthinking, poor sleep, emotional exhaustion, and unhelpful habits that keep us stuck.
Today, I use my own experience and my training to help you listen to what your system is telling you and quiet that noise. Whether you are an individual looking to break an emotional loop and release stress or a business looking to support your team, my mission is to help you move forward with flow, balance, and a healthy mind body toolbox that lasts a lifetime.
