  • Sessions can be held online via Google Meet or at one of the following locations:

  • Yes of course! The purpose of the consultation is to answer any questions and see if we are the right fit for working together.

  • All payments are via Bank transfer. Payment plans can be discussed on the consultation call.

  • You can book a session through our online booking form which will allow me to contact you with availability for a FREE online consultation.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • 7 days’ notice - 20% of session fee
    • 3 days’ notice - 40% of session fee
    • Less than 24 hours’ notice - 60% of session fee

    I understand that life happens - if an emergency occurs, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible.

  • No special preparation is needed. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the process.

  • Holistic coaching takes the whole of you into account. It’s not just about talking about your past, setting goals, or trying to think your way through something. It’s about understanding how your mind and body work together, and creating space for meaningful change that fits into your life.

    My approach brings together hypnotherapy, coaching, Qigong, and practical tools that support your nervous system and help you feel more connected to yourself. We explore the deeper patterns behind your thoughts, habits, or emotional responses, and gently begin to shift them.
