Group Classes
QiGong Class
Gentle, grounding moving meditation to restore balance, refine the breath and support emotional regulation. Each class closes with standing meditation, guided visualisation and self-massage. Suitable for all levels.
Healing Sounds Meditation
A deeply soothing practice that taps into the body’s self-healing abilities. Using gentle movement, breath, sound and visualisation, we release stored emotion and help rebalance the nervous system.
Group Hypnotherapy Sessions
Subconscious reset sessions designed around themes like stress relief, focus or confidence. Shift old patterns, recharge the mind and leave feeling lighter and more centred.
Group Reiki-Infused hypnotherapy
Similar in format to group hypnotherapy but with a gentler hypnotic approach and the added benefit of Reiki energy. Designed to calm the body, soothe the system and remove energetic blocks while working with the subconscious mind.

meditation modalities
Each month we try a different type of meditation practice, from traditional practices I learnt in Thailand with Buddhist monks to more modern approaches. This class is suitable for all levels and a great way to learn about and explore many techniques.
